Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate takes into account the typical salary for this position in the region.

About the Role

This full-time Nurse Care Coordinator position requires a valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) LPN license and active Basic Life Support certification. You will work closely with our RNs to provide holistic, age-specific care to patients and contribute to the department's growth through hospital system initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients and gather data to meet their needs, working under the oversight of an RN.
  • Provide nursing interventions consistent with the Plan of Care and standards of practice, incorporating the Physician's prescribed medical plans of care.
  • Conduct hourly rounds using Service Excellence standards and foster a caring environment.
