About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the overall status of residents, documenting medical needs, and developing plans for treatment and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess residents' conditions, identifying medical needs and creating plans for treatment and resolution.
  2. Monitor residents' activities, providing nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
  3. Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding residents' status.
  5. Administer medications and treatments, documenting accordingly.
  6. Schedule job assignments and duties for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), providing guidance and education as needed.
  7. Take report at the beginning of each shift, receiving updates on residents under your care.
  8. Be vigilant for changes in residents' conditions, notifying supervisors, physicians, and administrative staff as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
