Category Insights Analyst

At SharkNinja, we're committed to delivering high-quality products that make life easier for our consumers. As a Category Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving analytics and strategic support to our Category Manager, providing proactive business insights to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver actionable reporting to inform business decisions and drive winning strategies at the subcategory level.
- Serve as the internal category expert, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Generate and present comprehensive strategies on pricing, promotional impacts, positioning, competitive landscape, and market needs.
- Manage the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on the health of the business, identifying category gaps and opportunities.
- Craft compelling sales stories with strategic recommendations to differentiate Ninja from competitors, driving increased distribution, space, and displays.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset.
- Drive objective analytics and insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop creative solutions to complex problems, demonstrating innate curiosity and a desire to innovate.
- Act as the voice of the market and category, providing expert insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in category management or sales analysis.
- Experience working for a consumer goods company is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and detail-oriented, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD, GFK, etc.).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills.
