Job Description

As an Office Manager/Admin at Bahwan CyberTek, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office premises. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate offices, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Manage phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Office Maintenance: Perform general upkeep and maintenance of office premises, including fixtures, furniture, security access, and building liaisoning.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain reports to ensure efficient operations.
  • Guest House Management: Assign guest houses to employees from other locations, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to employees, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders.
