The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, potential customers, and clients by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.
  • Support sales operations by answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients, and assisting the management team as requested.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining inventory, placing orders, and arranging for equipment repairs.
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
