Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Natick.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and direct visitors, customers, and potential customers to the appropriate person or area.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, waiting area, and surrounding spaces.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
