Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to join our team at WP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our field service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Order Management: Process and manage all open preventative maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Arrange schedules and dispatch personnel to customer job sites, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer experience.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Support: Assist the branch and service manager with daily operations, including reviewing technician time entries and truck mileage for accuracy.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process quotes and purchase orders, manage the tech scheduler board, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a service department environment, with a strong background in customer service and operations management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Strong knowledge of mechanical principles and operations management, with the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
