Job Overview

Lugano is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to oversee and optimize sales processes, ensuring seamless coordination between retail salons and corporate headquarters.

This role involves formulating and optimizing organizational processes, monitoring upcoming experience opportunities, and collaborating with the Sales Strategy Analyst to detect and resolve experience data issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning skills, a keen eye for organization, and the ability to analyze data and provide simplified solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and optimize organizational processes surrounding Lugano experiences
  • Monitor upcoming experience opportunities and input CRM data
  • Collaborate with the Sales Strategy Analyst to detect and resolve experience data issues
  • Prepare events packets for salons and consolidate post-events debriefs
  • Ensure timely execution of event post-data and collaborate with sales strategists
  • Foster constant and effective communication with Client Experience teams
