Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Biz Ops Engineer II to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the production readiness of our technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, mitigate, or elevate awareness of business risks associated with customer interactions with Mastercard's technology platforms.
- Link every technology recommendation with a business value, continuously monitor platform health indicators, and elevate awareness when one of our main objectives is at risk.
- Support daily operations with a hyper focus on triage and root cause analysis, understanding the business implications of our products.
- Shift left to be more proactive and upfront in the development process.
- Proactively manage production and change activities to maximize customer experience and increase the overall value of supported applications.
- Streamline and standardize traditional application-specific support activities.
- Centralize points of interaction for both internal and external partners by communicating effectively with all key stakeholders.
- Exposure in application development lifecycles and how it integrates with operations.
- Familiarity with supporting a production application.
- Exposure in working across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and build relationships.
