Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Behavioral Therapist Intern to join our team at Success On The Spectrum. As a key member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Clinical Work**: Work in our center Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, supervising in-home clients once per week, and performing assessments and creating individualized client programs.
  • **Program Development**: Analyze client progress, update programs as needed, and provide weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
  • **Supervision**: Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.
  • **Administrative Tasks**: Manage insurance correspondence, client material creation, and record client data into software.
  • **Direct Implementation**: Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

  • **Education**: Must be enrolled in a master's program leading toward certification in behavior analysis.
  • **Experience**: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and no criminal background.
  • **Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
