Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise dedicated to providing high-quality services. We offer a range of programs, including ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes, in our nautical centers, in-home, and in-school settings.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Behavioral Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

**Responsibilities**

  • Work in our center Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 5:15 pm
  • Minimum two times per week, work in clients' homes from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm (mandatory for full-time employees)
  • Create and prepare client materials
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of BCBAs
  • Incorporate sensory activities into sessions (arts, crafts, activities, games)
  • Record client data into software
  • Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP notes
  • Attend weekly team meetings with BCBAs (after hours)
  • Attend quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities
  • Perform cleaning duties
  • Other responsibilities may be added as needed

**Qualifications**

  • High school diploma (college degree preferred)
  • Experience supervising infants and/or children
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active

**Reporting Hierarchy**

  • Report to the CEO
  • Report to BCBAs
  • Report to Clinical Directors
  • Report to Regional Directors
