Regional Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Summary:
NexAir is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market plans to increase customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and provide recommendations to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales and rental goals specified for the market area.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads and maintain accurate and timely submission of sales call reports and expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education equivalent to a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience in an industrial equipment rental or welding equipment sales or rental environment, preferably in the construction, fabrication, and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to travel and be away from home 25-35% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and computer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents, and presentations.
