In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing client relationships from initial contact through to successful closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Your Qualifications:
- EDUCATED: A High School Diploma or equivalent is essential; prior sales experience in Fire Protection with a proven track record in relationship management and selling Fire Alarm contracts is required; NICET certification is a plus.
- SKILLED NEGOTIATOR: Proven ability to close deals through effective negotiation strategies.
- TECHNICALLY SAVVY: Familiarity with the Fire Protection sector and Fire Alarm Systems is necessary.
- SELF-MOTIVATED: Able to work independently while being both goal-oriented and customer-focused.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats to diverse audiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- NETWORKING: Identify and secure new clients to establish profitable maintenance and inspection agreements.
- ACHIEVEMENT: Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies to reach sales goals.
- PROJECT COORDINATION: Review technical drawings, conduct site assessments, and design systems as required for projects.
- RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Make a significant impact on clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- CLOSING DEALS: Prepare, estimate, present, and finalize Fire Alarm Contracts.
