Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our consulting partners and managing directors, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Handle all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Assist with planning and execution of local events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring a positive and professional impression of our firm.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, routing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior team members, ensuring their career development and growth.
  • Assign and monitor work to junior team members, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Associate degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year or more of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn and apply accounting reporting principles, if desired.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Pleasant and approachable demeanor, with ability to handle interruptions and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing priorities.
