Business Development:

  • Collaborate with sales, executives, and leverage professional network for revenue growth.
  • Develop a sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle to closure.
  • Conduct assessments to help scope and develop proposals (SOWs or RFP responses).

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Drive customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalation and resolve critical issues.
  • Ensure timely and on-budget completion of deliverables that meet and exceed expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years at a Consulting company working with F500s and Mid-market companies.
  • 7+ years in the Supply Chain and Business Transformation domain.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% (typically 30-50%).
