Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide SMART customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using a cash register and other retail technology
  • Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the sales floor, checkout areas, and stockrooms
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Less than 1 year of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
  • Less than 1 year of experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
  • 1 to 2 years of retail experience as a cashier
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a head cashier
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in any department at a Lowe's retail store
  • 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in any field
