Site Acquisition Specialist

A highly skilled Site Acquisition Specialist is required to join our team at Selectek. This individual will be responsible for selecting candidates, negotiating leases, managing tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a related field
Experience with new site builds (search rings)
Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes for new builds and modification projects.
Experience with high-volume, fast-paced modification projects.
Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes.
Ability to travel when needed.
Successful completion of mandatory company certifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Must be a US Citizen or able to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorship
Job Responsibilities:
Handle high volumes of modification applications, leasing, and permitting.
Must be able to navigate through top Tower Owner portals and process as well as manage required purchase orders, check requests, and necessary documents.
Ability to review and understand new jurisdictions, local ordinances, and zoning codes.Lease reviews and tower loading understanding are a must.
Take sites through permitting and zoning, if required.
Provide required status updates for all assigned sites per Market direction in preparation for weekly Customer and internal meetings.
Will provide all site status updates via shared tracking program per Market's requirements.
Coordinate with landowners and clients during the lease negotiation process to obtain fully executed leases or option agreements.
Negotiate rent, lease terms, prepare lease document packages, and submit finalized packages with detailed accounts of negotiations and deal points for clients.
Travel to sites and work in client-designated areas as required.Demonstrate professionalism while attending project and deployment meetings as directed by the Site Acquisition Manager.
Coordinate with other managers, consultants, and contractors on projects to ensure quality performance.
Pay Rate:
$38.46/hr. ($80k/yr.)
