Reproductive Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Reproductive Health Assistant to join our team at Planned Parenthood of Michigan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, education, and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including greeting patients, taking medical histories, and performing lab tests.
- Offer comprehensive education and counseling on reproductive health, birth control, and pregnancy options.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out, update patient charts, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic flow.
- Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to organization protocols and regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or social services.
- Preferred: Medical Assistant Certification or completion of a medical assistant educational program.
- Electronic Practice Management system or Electronic Health Records system experience.
