Job Summary:

Integral Care is seeking a qualified Mental Health Specialist to provide services to individuals diagnosed with severe mental illnesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical diagnosis and be interested in working with adults with severe mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete clinical assessments with clients to determine eligibility of services
  • Coordinate on-going care and provide living skills training to clients
  • Assess psychiatric needs, gather psychosocial history, and evaluate individual strengths, needs, and goals
  • Define and facilitate desired life outcomes, coordinate and manage client crises, and identify potential service gaps
  • Advocate with providers to ensure services are appropriate and adequate to clients' needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree, with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record
