Key Responsibilities:

Engage with existing students and clients to assist them with their needs, promote usage, conduct account evaluations, and ensure that all team members are registered.

Compile and assess data for internal presentations.

Maintain proactive communication with clients through phone and email to build relationships, encourage upselling, and facilitate sales renewals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to engage with anyone in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Distinguish between being busy and being productive.
  • Strong writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to actively listen and comprehend client needs.

  • Capacity to think critically, make ethical decisions, and take professional actions independently or collaboratively.
  • Exhibit humility and adaptability to change while meeting realistic yet challenging deadlines.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • At least an Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
