Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Specialist to join our team at KRA Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service, and trusted results in the field of workforce development and career training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare for classes and workshops, ensuring engaging and motivational content for adult learners.
  • Teach life skills lessons, career development, and essential skills for workplace success, following defined curricula.
  • Develop and implement job readiness curriculum, navigating customers through the workforce system.
  • Interpret CASAS ECS appraisal scores, review results with customers, and provide referral recommendations to education slot providers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in adult learning, workforce development, career training, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
