Employment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Specialist to join our team at KRA Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service, and trusted results in the field of workforce development and career training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement job readiness curriculum and navigate customers through the workforce system.
- Prepare for and facilitate engaging, motivational, and skill-building workshops for adult participants.
- Teach life skills lessons, career development, and essential skills for workplace success.
- Provide referral recommendations to education slot providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or eight years of professional work experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in adult learning, workforce development, career training, or other employment-related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
