Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Account Executive. This role will focus on responding to inbound web leads and phone calls, as well as proactively prospecting for new borrowers and loan opportunities with the goal of turning prospects into clients and clients into lifetime customers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with prospective borrowers to earn their business
  • Represent Easy Street Capital in both verbal and written communications
  • Meet sales quotas on a monthly basis
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize strategies across various marketing activities
  • Maintain relationships with borrowers with a long-term perspective

Requirements

  • Private lending experience is required
  • HubSpot or comparable CRM software experience is preferred
  • Investment real estate experience is preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
  • Confidence on the phone is necessary
  • A high level of drive with a strong desire to succeed is required
  • Ability to handle rejection is essential
  • A positive attitude with a 'team player' mentality is necessary
  • A self-starter who can identify areas of opportunity without direction is required
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is essential
  • Accountability is necessary
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-oriented compensation structure is essential
