Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing mechanical duties, and ensuring crane safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate 2 or more electrically, hydraulic, and manual powered cranes in a seated position
  • Assist with maintenance of cranes and lifts daily
  • Clean, grease, and perform general housekeeping for cranes
  • Understand crane safety limits, devices, and locations that make cranes safe to use
  • Understand all procedures for fire, accident, or injury prevention and response
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Certification in 1 crane (either portal or mobile cranes)
  • Certification on at least 1 portable crane to include: G8, G7, G3, wing wall crane, diesel electric, diesel hydro, all electric
