Job Summary

ITAC is seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for erecting and installing structural steel components, performing welding and bolt-up activities, and ensuring the safe operation of cranes and aerial lifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Erect and install structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications
  • Perform welding and bolt-up activities as required to secure structural elements
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment to fabricate, measure, and cut steel beams and columns
  • Safely operate cranes and aerial lifts to lift and position structural components
  • Conduct inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Iron Worker in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel components and their installation processes
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate cranes, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment
  • Excellent welding and bolt-up skills
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
