Job Summary

Yondr is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee outbound logistics operations and manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role ensures the efficient movement of goods from suppliers through 3PL-managed warehouses to customers, while managing relationships with 3PL partners, optimizing costs, and maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and negotiate logistics contracts with 3PL providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient service.
  • Oversee outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely receipt of goods and dispatch of orders to customers.
  • Work closely with 3PL providers to manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate transportation and distribution activities with 3PL to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations, including customs clearance when applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on working with third-party logistics providers.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and distribution processes, particularly in a 3PL environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence external partners.
What We Offer
  • $70-95K based on experience.
  • Hybrid role with a minimum of two in-office days per week.
