Job Title: Logistics Performance Management Analyst
Location: Spring, TX (Hybrid)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Establish benchmarking activities across various Logistics modes of transport (e.g., Marine, Truck, Rail).
- Structural benchmarking along with bespoke and periodic benchmarking.
- Work with E2E domain experts and Supply Chain Leads to implement industry standard best practices for performance management and benchmarking.
- Execute full assessment / bespoke benchmarks (i.e., strategic, and operational benchmarks). Activities include interfacing with benchmark company to fully understand the metrics and Qs and coordinate/curate data inputs.
- Provide periodic bespoke business intelligence services for capability teams and senior SC management.
- Maintain working relationship with key external benchmarking orgs / sources – understand key benchmark sources.
Key Skills / Experience:
Must have: 5+ years Supply Chain Logistics experience (Process / Domain Expertise)
Must have: Analysis, Analytics, Benchmarking
Ability to network / collaborate
Curious/high initiative and willing to proactively research when questions arise.
