Job Summary

The Matian Firm, APC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mail Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Mail Clerk, you will play a critical role in managing our office's mail and package operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of correspondence and packages to various departments and individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including weight and dimensions.
  • Prepare and distribute mail and packages to designated recipients, ensuring timely delivery and proper labeling.
  • Coordinate with delivery companies, such as FedEx, to arrange for pickups and deliveries.
  • Verify and certify mail, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized mailroom, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of office experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management software.
