Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Clerk to support our Attorneys and Legal Assistants in various legal and administrative functions related to Workers' Compensation law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and utilize office appliances
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to colleagues
  • Perform data entry, document processing, and sorting of legal documents
  • Carry out other office duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar clerical position
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Attention to detail, integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
  • Fast typing skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
