Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and utilize office appliances
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to colleagues
- Perform data entry, document processing, and sorting of legal documents
- Carry out other office duties as assigned
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar clerical position
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Attention to detail, integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Fast typing skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
