Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Mainplace Mall location in Santa Ana, California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including currency exchange, payment processing, and international money transfer services.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer transactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
