About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with our wide range of financial solutions, helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Building: Build and deepen relationships with clients by uncovering their financial needs and recommending appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, crafting customized solutions tailored to their needs.
- Sales and Fulfillment: Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for licensed sales functions and make referrals to Line of Business partners as needed.
- Quote Provision: Provide accurate quotes on rates, terms, and programs for various banking solutions.
- Risk Management: Manage risk in all business, product, and service transactions using available tools.

Education Requirement:
