No cold calling, sales, or collection calls are involved in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
As a CSR, you will:
- Provide customer support for routine inquiries through various channels (phone, email, web chat, etc.)
- Utilize a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies
- Assist customers with online applications and submissions
- Ensure compliance with privacy and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to participate in required training programs
- Ability to work on-site at our office location
