Key Responsibilities:


As a CSR, you will:

  • Provide customer support for routine inquiries through various channels (phone, email, web chat, etc.)
  • Utilize a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies
  • Assist customers with online applications and submissions
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:


To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to participate in required training programs
  • Ability to work on-site at our office location
