About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Copper Creek Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Communication: Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the front office team, including preparing admissions packets, coordinating communication among departments, and maintaining office files.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our residents, guests, and visitors by following community policies and procedures, including screening visitors and vendors.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office, including setting up and cleaning up lobby hospitality, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily census records, resident rent payments, and purchase orders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current CPR/First Aid certificate required; food handler's or ServSafe certification preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a 100% on-site role, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
