Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Representative at the Hampton Inn Knoxville Clinton/I-75, TN. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

• Verify guest credit cards and ensure accurate room assignments
• Manage day-use rooms and ensure housekeeping is aware of dirty rooms
• Provide guests with hotel amenities and services, including breakfast, spa, and fitness center information
• Document new commercial customers and potential new accounts
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
