The Position:

We are seeking an Electrical Technician to join our team. This role involves executing electrical panel layout and wiring tasks essential for constructing our Ultra High Purity Systems. Adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all relevant work instructions and schematics is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with standard and non-standard options as per Customer Data Sheets (CDS).
  • Wire panels and adhere to schematics, wiring diagrams, and verbal directives.
  • Arrange components on electrical panels according to provided instructions and designs.
  • Execute point-to-point wiring and cable/harness installations.
  • Understand engineering specifications to ensure timely production of quality products.
  • Contribute to 6S responsibilities (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, safety).
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while ensuring timely shipments.
  • Prioritize safety and recognize the importance of others' safety.
  • Deliver accuracy and consistency in all work tasks.
  • Learn and apply proper measuring techniques, tool usage, care, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in electrical assembly or basic electrical assembly knowledge.
  • Capability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs regularly.
  • Willingness to climb ladders and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Competence in performing visual inspections and handling materials responsibly.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn data entry.
  • Dependability and flexibility, with the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
