Job Overview

Zollege is seeking a highly skilled Campus Manager to support the in-class student experience by hiring, training, and managing instructors, working closely with our doctor partners to create an excellent classroom environment, and overseeing inventory and supplies ordering for each school.

This is a hybrid position that requires a strong commitment to our mission of producing freedom through education and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure our students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, train, observe, coach, schedule, and manage instructors to deliver high-quality education programs.
  • Implement an observation and performance management system for instructors to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Visit classes regularly to provide face-time with instructors and students, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Be available on weekends to support successful Saturday classes and provide timely assistance as needed.
  • Ensure instructors and students have the necessary materials to complete programs successfully.
  • Build strong relationships with doctor partners and office managers to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Work closely with the Student Success Advisor to increase graduation rates by supporting instructors to improve the classroom experience.
  • Communicate effectively with instructors to identify and resolve key issues, ensuring a smooth and successful program delivery.
  • Collaborate with the company to promote the schools under your supervision and attend industry and community events on behalf of Zollege.
  • Complete reporting duties, site inspections, and all other compliance-related requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures, and complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, with a strong understanding of its applications and benefits.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-site management experience, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Dispute resolution experience, with a strong understanding of conflict resolution techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Experience working with Hubspot, with a strong understanding of its features and applications.
  • Experience in adult education, with a strong understanding of its principles and best practices.
  • Dental and/or medical office management experience, with a strong understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
  • Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Assistant Instructor, preferably for Zollege.

Physical Requirements:

This position takes place in an office environment and remote environment, with no physical demands required at this time. Travel may be required from time to time.
