Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at The Pierre, a Taj Hotel. This role will provide support and administer the activities and services of the HR Department, ensuring seamless execution of HR-related tasks and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including screening applicants, verifying paperwork, and managing the posting process for open positions.
  • Support employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee culture and engagement activities, including holiday parties and birthday celebrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in email, Microsoft Office Suite, and related HR business and communication tools.
Physical Requirements:

The successful candidate must be able to stand, walk, and move around the office as needed, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as data entry and data sourcing.
