Job Description

City Connect is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our Print Advertising nationwide to potential clients. You will need to possess strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into paying customers. Our ideal candidate will be excellent in being a deal-maker who loves talking to people but yet negotiates to get that sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell our Print Advertising
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Work with the sales team to close sales
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
  • Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process

Benefits:

  1. Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm)
  2. No nights or weekends
  3. Paid training for all departments
  4. PTO (Paid Time Off)
  5. Full medical/vision/dental
  6. $18.00 hourly/daily spiff on each deal PLUS 20% sales volume (all 3 combined reps are averaging $22.00 to $40.00 an hour)
  7. UNCAPPED COMMISSION
