Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Emerald Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting commercial and residential builders with their product needs, learning our wide variety of specialty supplies, and becoming an industry specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet client walk-ins (contractors and homeowners) and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with client orders over the phone and in-person, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Perform supply order data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Update assigned customers with market-specific information, including new products and promotions.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Update inventory, pricing, and marketing of materials to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace and literature supplies, ensuring a professional environment.
  • Calculate units of measure and costs with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete other projects and duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of recent Inside Sales experience.
  • Recent work experience within the Construction industry.
  • Proficient math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Proficient computer skills, including word processing, email, spreadsheet, and inventory software.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
