Position Overview
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance within the Managed Services framework. This role will primarily operate remotely but may require occasional visits to client locations.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in server and rack setup.
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing support role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting servers, networks, and software applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and server technologies.
- Familiarity with Linux, Microsoft Office 365, and VPN configurations.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

- Deliver IT support services both remotely and on-site.
