Healthcare Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Compliance Analyst to join our team at Rezilient Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing our contracts and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including healthcare laws and data privacy standards.
As a Contracts and Compliance Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including legal, operations, product development, and business development, to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and the company remains in full compliance with all applicable laws. Your role will be essential in mitigating risk, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting the legal and operational needs of a rapidly scaling company.
Responsibilities- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with industry regulations, including healthcare laws and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and the company remains in full compliance with all applicable laws.
- Mitigate risk and maintain regulatory standards.
- Support the legal and operational needs of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in contract management, legal, or compliance roles, preferably within the healthcare or healthcare technology industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other data privacy laws.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency with contract management systems and G-Suite.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a startup environment or fast-growing company.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology, SaaS, or other tech-related industries.
- Understanding of healthcare procurement processes and government contract regulations.
- Experience with compliance audits or regulatory filings.
