We are currently in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Podcast Network Ad Coordinator to execute a range of sales-related tasks aimed at enhancing our strategic initiatives. This role presents significant opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of success in research, sales enhancement, and networking, coupled with a strong desire to learn and inquire. A solid understanding of the entertainment sector, a robust work ethic, and the ability to meet or surpass key performance indicators are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between Brands, Agencies, and Talent to optimize podcast monetization.
  • Research, create, and refine sales materials and strategies utilizing best practices, software, networking, industry insights, and technological advancements.
  • Oversee accounting and revenue tracking for podcasts, including coordinating payments to podcast talent.
  • Contribute to achieving established advertising revenue targets through innovative, creative, and strategic sales approaches.
  • Establish and nurture quality relationships with advertisers.
  • Manage advertising campaigns from inception to completion, addressing challenges to meet delivery objectives and campaign specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain detailed correspondence records.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Genuine passion for podcasts and audio storytelling.
  • Prior experience in advertising sales within media, radio, television, agency, or a comparable role is essential.
  • Familiarity with Attribution Tracking is advantageous.

Compensation Information

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 annually, plus benefits and bonuses.

This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position. Ultimately, factors such as location, experience, and other job-related considerations will influence your final pay.
