Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of customer contracts and relationships as a strategic partner to meet contractual obligations and provide best-in-class service delivery.
  • Manage profits and loss, and internal governance, including oversight for all client deliverables and activities.
  • Develop and implement business plans and contribute to the development of area strategy.
  • Direct the resolution of complex business problems and negotiate with external organizations.
Requirements:
  • Tolling experience and knowledge of Road User Charging programs.
  • P&L (Profit and Loss) Management and People Management skills.
  • Highly desired: PMP certification, Road User Charge experience, and Project Management in the Transportation arena.
