Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Comfort Dental Braces. As a key member of our dental office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Patient Records and Preparation: Take initial records and prepare patients for exams, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
  • Treatment Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with our orthodontist to develop and explain treatment plans, providing patients with a clear understanding of their options.
  • Patient Engagement and Retention: Promote and sign up new patients for treatment, utilizing your excellent communication skills to educate and inspire confidence in our patients.
  • Follow-up and Support: Follow up with patients to encourage treatment starts and address any concerns, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with phone inquiries, scheduling consultations, and managing patient paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure an excellent patient experience at every visit, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for our patients.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and inspire confidence in patients.
  • Sales Experience: Have proven sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment, where building relationships was key.
  • Dental Experience: Previous dental experience is a plus, but we are excited to train the right candidate.
  • Team Player: Be a friendly, motivated individual with a strong sales mindset and a passion for helping others.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are preferred.
