About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Bully Pulpit International. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing top-notch ad campaigns across brand and social impact marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a growing creative team of copywriters, art directors, and ACDs, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with account strategists and other creatives to develop creative platforms and channel recommendations that deliver on campaign strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute award-winning ad campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of creative experience in an agency environment, including at least 5 years as a Creative Director leading a range of advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to distill complicated ideas into easily understood ad copy and creative concepts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of pitching and selling creative to clients at the highest level.
  • Ability to bring key internal stakeholders along on the creative process and help them buy into ideas, campaigns, and approaches.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver award-winning work.
  • Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation, and video advertising.

Compensation

We offer a comprehensive total compensation package for this role, including a base salary of $150,000-$180,000, an annual discretionary bonus, and generous benefits.
