Position Summary:
The Window Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing our sales call process and strategies. This position is responsible for facilitating and coordinating business activities of accounts while implementing PLC sales initiatives. The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by creating quotes, processing orders, and managing construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers in the Residential Construction industry.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers, ensuring timely delivery of building materials to job sites.
- Utilize and promote the PARR Bridge Strategy to enhance customer engagement.
- Proactively set and achieve personal sales and profit goals.
- Manage customer profiles and maintain accurate records in Outlook or CRM systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following best practices in order entry and delivery setup.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of building materials or experience in the construction industry is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds.
