As a Rental Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience when they get their equipment repaired at Pape'. Your duties will include managing incoming and outgoing service department work, providing excellent service to customers in person and on the phone, assisting with dispatching technicians, and more.
To succeed in this role, you must be a team player with excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems. You should also have excellent communication and customer relations skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing service department work
- Provide excellent service to customers in person and on the phone
- Assist with dispatching technicians
- Process customer orders and assist customers and the Sales team
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling market are preferred
