We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Rental Service Coordinator to join our team at Pape' Material Handling. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience when they get their equipment repaired at Pape'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing service department work
  • Provide excellent service to customers in person and on the phone
  • Assist with dispatching technicians
  • Act as backup Rental Coordinator, processing customer orders and assisting customers and the Sales team
  • Thrive in a dynamic, multi-faceted role

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team
  • Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling market are preferred
