Job Description
The Client Experience Specialist will ensure timely client needs, maintain organized appointment schedules, and prioritize Simply Excellent Hearing Care. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office, and strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent, experience in customer service and office administration, knowledge of hearing aid technology, and ability to perform basic cleaning and repair functions are required. The successful candidate will also be able to establish and maintain professional rapport with clients and coworkers.
