Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our registered dietitians and healthcare professionals to create menus that meet the specific dietary needs of our patients, while also incorporating sustainable practices and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Team Leadership: Build and motivate a high-performing team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Develop and maintain quality control systems to protect food integrity, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage forecasting, recipe costing, inventory, ordering, production, planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a sous or executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and ordering platforms.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $63,000 - $65,000/yr
